
Meet Rachael Schneider
Breathwork Facilitator
Born and raised in Homer, Alaska, Rachael has been a lover of nature since her early years. For over twenty years, she has pursued a career in helping others heal from trauma. She has worked with teens and adults in wilderness settings ranging from Oregon, Utah, and Central America, acting as Clinical Director of Pure Life Aspiro. Her winding path has led her to facilitating breathwork as an extension of her mental health practice in Bend Oregon. She is a strong believer in giving back to her community and hopes she can share this healing space with others. When she is not helping others, she is loving her small family, riding her horses and pursuing her art.
